Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane has responded to Barcelona winger Lamine Yamal’s recent remarks about the 2026 Ballon d’Or race.
Yamal had said that he and Real Madrid’s Kylian Mbappe were the best players last season.
The Spain international added that he deserves to win the Ballon d’Or ahead of Mbappe and other candidates.

Reacting to Yamal’s comments, Kane said after Bayern Munich’s commanding 7-0 win over Union Berlin on Friday that everyone is entitled to their opinion on the Ballon d’Or.
“I don’t know how Yamal meant it.
Everyone has the right to express themselves however they want. Everyone is different.,” Kane told Sky Sports.
“That is not up to me. I will keep doing my thing on the pitch, and then we will see what happens,” he said.
